Q: Are Peysnacks products really gluten-free?
A: Yes! All Peysnacks products are 100% gluten-free and made in a gluten-free dedicated facility. We take cross-contamination seriously so our products are safe for people with celiac disease or wheat intolerance.

Q: Are Peysnacks baked or fried?
A: Our Crunchy Queso snacks are oven-baked for a crispy texture without frying. Our Crunch & Smile cookies are also baked in small batches for a homemade flavor.

Q: Do the snacks contain any allergens?
A: Our products may contain dairy and eggs. Please check the ingredient list on each package for specific allergens.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.


Storage & Freshness

Q: How long do Peysnacks products stay fresh?
A: Each product has a 6-month shelf life from the production date. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: Can I freeze or refrigerate the snacks?
A: It’s not recommended just keep them sealed and in a dry environment for maximum crunch.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because our snacks are food products, we can’t accept returns once opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Wholesale / Bulk Orders

Q: Do you sell wholesale or to stores?
A: Yes, we supply select retailers and distributors. Please email sales@pfdelights.com for pricing and case information.

A: Absolutely! You can order multiple cases directly or contact us for custom packaging during holidays or corporate gifting.
